Violations and penalties
Any person, firm or corporation violating any section of this bylaw shall be fined not more than $300 for each offense as provided in MGL c. 40A, § 7, as amended. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

A. Non-Criminal disposition. In addition to the procedure for enforcement as described in § 390-1.7, the provisions of these bylaws may also be enforced by the Building Commissioner by non-criminal complaint pursuant to the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 21D. Each day on which a violation exists shall be deemed to be a separate offense. The penalty for violation of any provision of these bylaws shall be $100 for the first offense and $300 for the second and each subsequent offense.
